Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery costs
- Standard UK delivery: £2.95
- Free UK delivery on orders over £20
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During major release weeks dispatch can take a little longer; we will email you if your order is affected.
Delivery times
UK deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Tracking
Once your parcel is on its way we email you a tracking link.
Pre-orders
- Pre-order items are paid for at checkout and reserved for you.
- They are dispatched once stock reaches us, on or after the official release date shown on the product page.
- If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together when everything is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, place them in a separate order.
- If a publisher moves a release date, we update the product page and email everyone affected. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
Packaging
Sealed products and cards are packed to protect corners and seals, using boxes, bubble wrap, sleeves or top loaders as appropriate.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email orders@holovault-shops.com with your order number straight away. We can change the address only if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos of the parcel and item if it is damaged). The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you, so we will send a replacement or refund you if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
